HER HOLISTIC PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY:
" I have been a natural health advocate for many years. My real passion lies in helping, inspiring and empowering others improve their health by nourishing their body with the right foods and acupuncture.
I may be a health advocate now, but that wasn’t always the case.
It all started in year 2008, when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. In 2010, I lost both of my mother and father due to degenerative diseases.
It was during this life-changing experience that I discovered my calling in life.
In 2014, as a Nutritional Consulting practitioner, I started helping people by creating them a customized holistic nutritional program that focuses on whole foods diet.
Based on experiences, I came to believe that if we treat our body right, nourish and give it what it truly needs, our body will respond with an increased amount of vitality, energy, health and beauty that is sustainable. "
Breno Zilber
Registered Acupuncturist
Certified Laser Technician
Born and raised in Brazil, Breno embarked his journey to Canada to pursue his dreams.
Breno is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturists in British Columbia (CTCMA) and is certified in administering Cold Laser Therapy. Graduated in Acupuncture at School of Oriental Medicine of Central College, New Westminster, ranked as one of the best students of his cohort.
He's been involved with acupuncture his whole life. When he was younger, acupuncture helped him a lot with some health issues, and as
a practitioner, he has treated patients for more than three years. He became an acupuncturist to help people find the balance between their minds and body. Moreover, in this crazy world, people constantly forget to look inside, take time for themselves, to stop and reassess their life choices, and this has been impacting more and more people’s mental and physical health.
Breno's Mission and Philosophy:
" My mission is to open patients’ minds to these new perspectives and
help them find the way to a happier and more fulfilling life.
My philosophy is always to treat people with respect, kindness and
more than everything, being a good listener. Kindness, respect, understanding, a holistic approach, patience, resilience, and perseverance are my stronger personal traits. My clients know they are my number one priority. When a patient leaves the treatment room feeling relieved with less pain or very relaxed is incredibly rewarding. "

Raissa Ancheta
Massage Therapist
Raissa completed her Registered Massage Therapy certification at Vancouver Career College. She is now getting ready to write her board exam to become fully registered.
Raissa's passion with massage stems out from her desire to help people overcome any discomfort and live a happy healthy life through the therapeutic effect that massage brings to an individual. She encourages a working-together dynamic with her patients to create treatment plans focusing on their goals to help them get to where they want to be.
During her journey to become an RMT, she needed to take a hiatus from the program to support her pregnancy which gave her a first-hand view on what expectant mothers may experience while their body changes during the baby’s growth in the womb and after delivery. This made her decide to take specialized courses for pregnancy and Post-Partum massage in the future and incorporate in her practice.
She is fluent in both English and Tagalog and would eventually like to learn Spanish in the future.
During her free time, she loves to go for some good conversation and listen to music over coffee (prefers
mellow blend with a scrumptious pastry on the side) She also likes long drives, watching a good movie (a very avid Tolkien fan), shopping and spending time with her husband, daughter Savannah and cats: Midnight, Tala,
and Luna.
